How I can be a right fit

I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety or depression, often connected to difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. Whether this shows up as avoidance, uncertainty about how to communicate needs, or feeling overwhelmed in relationships, I provide a supportive space to explore these challenges and build practical skills.

In our sessions, I take a hands-on, collaborative approach. We don’t just talk about difficult situations—we practice them. I’ll guide you through real-life scenarios that may be causing anxiety so you can feel more confident and prepared to handle them outside of therapy.

Many of my clients identify as people-pleasers and experience guilt when putting themselves first. Together, we work to better understand your values and goals, and learn how to prioritize your well-being while still maintaining meaningful, healthy relationships—whether with friends, family, or coworkers.

I also support clients dealing with occupational stress. We’ll identify what may feel unfulfilling or overwhelming in your work life and explore ways to reduce stress while improving your overall quality of life outside of work. I have specialized experience working with first responders, including those in law enforcement, healthcare, and education. I understand how demanding roles and high expectations can impact family dynamics, make it difficult to disconnect, and sometimes lead to unhealthy coping patterns.

Overall, my goal is to help you identify what may no longer be sustainable in your life and support you in creating a more balanced, fulfilling way forward. I’ll be there with you throughout the process, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for lasting change.
